PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting method for electronic parts capable of responding to the requests for a high mounting accuracy and also being preferential in mounting efficiency. SOLUTION: This method comprises a first process S1 which sucks and retains electronic parts 9, a second process S3 for measuring the sucking and holding attitude of an electronic part 9, a third process S4 performing the correction of rotation of the electronic part 9 based on the measuring results of the second process, a fourth process Sa for measuring sucking and holding position and attitude of electronic parts 9 again after the third process, a fifth process Sa performing rotation correction of the electronic part 9 based on the measured results of the fourth process, and a sixth process S5 for mounting the electronic part 9 on a substrate 6. Also, based on the kind of the electronic part 9, whether the measurement of the fourth process and the rotation correction of the fifth process are to be performed is judged, and the results of the judgment are indicated in a judging process. |
