<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an NC programming producing time by a method wherein computation of an average inclination angle of a processed curve in a processing range, checking of interference between a work and a tool system, and computation of an interference escaping angle are executed, in the order, and the optimum dividing angle of a rotary feed shaft is determined. SOLUTION: In a CAD.CAM device, an assigned processed curve is virtually inclined by an average inclination angleθand by assigning computation of checking of interference between a work and a tool, the computation is effected in a whole range at a step S4. It is decided at a step S5 whether the interference occurs and when interference does not occur, the division angleθof a rotary feed shaft is decided at a step S6 to beθ. At a step S5, when it is decided that interference occurs, an interference escape angleγis determined at a step S7. It is decided at a step S8 whether the interference escape angleγis present, when it is present, from an average inclination angleθand the interference escaping angle, the division angleδof the rotary feed shaft is decided at a step S9.</p> |
