PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device which can carry out an efficient measurement of gas quantity. SOLUTION: Wind speed sensors 12... move up and down against their installed surface when a multistage telescope cylinder 28 is expanded and contracted, slid along a pair of 1st slide arms 44A and 44B when these arms are individually or simultaneously slid, end then move back and forth against the arms 44A and 44B when a pair of 2nd slide arms 66C and 66D are individually or simultaneously slid respectively. Thus the sensors 12 can freely move in both horizontal and vertical directions against their installed surface, so that these sensors 12 can be placed at an optional position. |
