PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet after processing device and a picture forming device provided therewith by which a tray loaded sheets can be passed a discharge port without the invasion of loaded sheets to the discharge port and also the sheets can be discharged to the tray surely. SOLUTION: It is formed so that discharged sheets S can not be caught in a discharge port 50 by projecting and installing the front end of a discharge roller 23 forward from a lower duckboards guide 33a. At the moving time of a tray 27, the invasion to the discharge port 50 of the discharge sheets S loaded on the tray 27 passing the discharge port 50 is prevented by moving a stopper 15 and closing the discharge port 50. Further, by installing the discharge roller 23 in the depth direction of the discharge port 50 movably and also being pushed in the depth direction in response to the movement of the open/close member of the discharge port 50 at the moving time of the tray, the discharge roller 23 is evacuated to a position by which the movement of the tray 27 is not disturbed at the moving time of the tray.
