摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for a heating body by which a temperature detecting resistor is firmly attached and responsiveness is made high, and in which temperature measuring accuracy is enhanced by setting the resistance characteristic of the temperature detecting resistor to specified characteristic with high accuracy. SOLUTION: After a resistive heating element 2, a temperature detecting resistor 13 and a conductor pattern are printed and baked on a ceramic base material 8, the resistor 13 is trimmed while keeping the base material 8 at specified temperature, whereby the resistance characteristic of the resistor 13 is adjusted. Since the resistor 13 is formed by being printed and roasted on the base material 8 similarly to the heating element 2, the resistor 13 is firmly attached, and the heating body 1 having the high responsiveness is obtained. The resistance characteristic of the resistor 13 is adjusted by trimming in a state where the resistor 13 is heated to an area where the resistance fluctuation of the resistor 13 to the temperature is small.
