SOLUTION: This is an automatic transmission control device to measure speed change time by detecting speed change starting time of an automatic transmission 2 by using an engine speed drop judgement constantδand to make learning control a hydraulic pressure value concerning speed change work so that this speed change time becomes a previously set target value, and it is devised to transmit an engine load signal detected by a throttle opening sensor 7 and an engine speed signal detected by an engine speed sensor 8 to an engine speed drop judgement constant computing means 12 and to correct the engine speed drop judgement constantδby an engine load and engine speed.
