The water distribution resin is manufactured by (1) reacting monomer of decanol, dodecanol or the like including an activated hydrogen with Diisocyante monomer, (2) adding polyol containing activated hydrogen and carboxylic acid including activated hydrogen capable of forming salts and forming a free polymer. (3) The produced free polymer is neutralized by amine and then is reacted with chain extender.
