PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an image and a sound with a sense of unity. SOLUTION: A 1st image 1D and a 2nd image 2A are displayed on the same display screen 310 at the same time (a). At this time, a sound related to the image 1D is outputted from a speaker with sound volume corresponding to 15% display area of the image 1D and a sound related to the image 2A is outputted with sound volume corresponding to 40% display area of the image 2A at the same time. When the image 1D is enlarged into an image 1E (b), the sound related to the image 1E is outputted with 30% sound volume and the sound related to the image 2A is outputted with 10% according to the actual display areas of the respective images. Sound volume corresponding to 100% is previously set as reference sound volume. When stereophonic speakers are used, the right-left sound volume balance is adjusted according to the right and left positions of the images. |
