PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable anyone to simply judge an amount of color misregistration and correctly doing so in one time by providing a sensed color mark printing means for printing a recording paper at other printing stations with respective standard color unit mark pairs overlapping one another. SOLUTION: A CPU 25 is electrically connected through a bus line 31 to a ROM(read only memory) 26, a RAM(random access memory) 27, an I/O(input/ output) port 28 and an I/F (interface) 29. Connected to the I/O 28 are printing stations 21 to 24, a fixing device 20 and the like, as well as various sensors 32 such as sensors for detecting jamming of a recording paper, and an operating panel 33, through which an operator performs various operations such as correction of an amount of color misregistration and the like. Also, a host computer 34 is connected to the I/F 29 via a communication line. Exposure devices in the printing stations 21 to 24 irradiate laser light on a photosensitive drum on the basis of printing data and the like from the host computer 34 to form electrostatic latent images. |
