PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently recover noble metals from an electrode material containing the noble metal without generating subsidiary harmful materials in a process for treating.SOLUTION: In a method for extracting the noble metal components from the electrode material containing noble metal particles in fluorine-series resin, particles containing the noble metals or members dispersing noble metal-series catalyst; after dipping the electrode material into solution which melts a halogen component in the concentration range of 0.05 mol to <7.0 mol/L, ozone is melted in the solution, and supersonic-wave vibration is given to the solution. In the halogen component, it is desirable to contain at least one side of a halogen ion and a halogen acidic ion. |
