The electrode contact component (18) is non-traumatically tensioned by the elastic component (20) against the epicardium (12). A further component (26) connects the electrode arrangement to a separate heart stimulator. The elastic component incorporates at least one closed chamber for a fluid or gas medium. - Each chamber has the form of a closed bladder of bio-compatible material. It also comprises at least partly of a material which is self-sealing after needle penetration. The elastic component comprises a number of adjacent bladders, each of which supports at least one electrode contact component. The adjacent bladders are movably reciprocally connected over body parts. |
