<p>The device has posting panel (2) mounted on a support frame (1). The posting panel rotates around its equilibrium axis, driven by the wind force. A stop (3) is installed integral with the panel, movably mounted on it. The stop is driven by the panel for limiting its rotational speed. The stop is moved by the action of a return spring under the effect of the centrifugal force created when the panel moves. The stop moves between a withdrawal position, in which it located between the frame components, and a stopping position, in which it is situated overflowing with respect to the panel. In the stopping position, the trajectory of the stop intercepts one of the frame components ensuring the panel to stop rotating.</p> |
