PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the position precision of an image by performing median filter processing when a counted value increases by a previously set addition number, and actualizing a median filter while reducing the throughput of software and securing real time response. SOLUTION: If the counted value based on a counted value 5 increases by the previously set addition number after 1st median filter processing is performed, namely, each time a data write control part 4 writes multiple-level image data in an FIFO type storage part 3 by as many as added pixels in specific order, a filter circuit control part 6 actuates a filter circuit 2, and median filter processing for the multi-level image data stored in the FIFO type storage part 3 is performed. Therefore, it is not necessary to read data out for each pixel of interest, and the median filter processing for successive pixels of interest can be performed continuously only by writing the multi-level image data in the FIFO type storage part 3 as many as the added pixels, thereby decreasing the read frequency of the multi-level image data. |
