FIELD: mineral concentration, namely, ore flotation process. SUBSTANCE: flotation machine includes housing with foam threshold and aeration unit. Said unit contains driving shaft supporting coaxially mounted on it blade-type axial impeller, circulation pipe on surface of which apparatus for introducing recirculation pulp is arranged for connecting its cavity with cavity of housing. Aeration unit is provided with pumping branch pipe mounted coaxially, embracing impeller and having guiding device with inclined ducts for introducing the circulation pipe underfoam product and oriented in opposite relative to impeller rotation direction. Apparatus for introducing recirculating pulp is in the form of inclined branch pipes; each of said branch pipes is inclined by acute angle relative to contour of cross section of circulation pipe by 45-90 deg relative to vertical axis of circulation pipe. Output opening of each branch pipe is turned to inner wall of said pipe in the same direction as inclined ducts of guiding apparatus and mounted at least in lower part of said circulation pipe. Area of effective cross section of guiding apparatus is no less than effective cross section of pumping branch pipe. Flotation machine includes, in addition, screen in the form of sleeve mounted on said pumping branch pipe under guiding apparatus. Maximum value of sleeve diameter is not less than outer diameter of guiding apparatus. EFFECT: increased efficiency of flotation process. 3 cl, 4 dwg |
