<p>PURPOSE: To hold air-tightness in a large number of spaces even when cut in an arbitrary part, with a large area, so as to hold vacuum in the inside even when cut, by forming a connecting surface so that many closed vacuum spaces are formed by plane in the inside in addition to a peripheral part between two sheets of plates. CONSTITUTION: A silica spacer 4 is sprayed on a glass plate 1a. Solder glass powder is dispersed to a solvent containing a binder on a glass plate 1b opposed to the glass plate 1a, to be applied to such an extent, that thickness after drying is a little thicker than that of the spacer 4, and dried. Both are superposed on each other, to apply a pressure from both sides, and to be fused in a vacuum heating furnace. By forming a structure dividing an internal space 3 into many parts, even when cut in an arbitrary part, air is advanced into a space on a cut line, but a vacuum of space in the inside is maintained.</p> |
