PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a filter from the deformation caused by pressure and impact generated during the operation of bean coffee liquid extracting device, while extending the life of the device by effectively absorbing these pressure and impact to extract homogeneous bean coffee liquid. SOLUTION: A filter 50 is formed with a plurality of fine holes and provided with a filtering means 51 to pass only bean coffee liquid therethrough, a support means 53 to support the filtering means 51, a buffer means 54 disposed between the filtering means 51 and support means 53 to prevent the filtering means 51 from breakdown and a retaining means 52 to house the filtering means 51. The retaining means 52 and filtering means 51 are united in a body or the filtering means 51' is joined with the retaining means 52 according to a system of the filtering means 51' forcibly fitted in the retaining means 52. |
