PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ink jet recording paper imparting high printing density and generating no feathering at the time of printing by an ink jet printer and excellent in paper supply characteristics in paper supply part of the ink jet printer. SOLUTION: A slip preventing agent consisting of a rosin ester emulsion and a water-soluble binder is bonded to the surface of raw paper. Or, a slip preventing agent consisting of the rosin ester emulsion, the water-soluble binder and a surface sizing agent is bonded to the surface of the raw material to set the coefficient of static friction of the raw paper to 0.65 or more. |
