PURPOSE: To produce an inner beauty candy, containing a collagen hydrolyzate, etc., and a natural antioxidant in a raw material for a candy, extremely increased in antioxidizing properties and capable of suppressing excessive accumulation of melanin, activating living body cells and controlling the aging. CONSTITUTION: This candy contains a raw material for the candy as a main material and a collagen hydrolyzate and/or a mucopolysaccharide therein and a natural antioxidant such as a green tea extract (a crude catechin), a grape seed or a skin extract thereof, a soybean lecithin, Curcumae Rhizoma Pulverata, a rosemary or a purple corn pigment added thereto. The candy is obtained by including the collagen hydrolyzate and/or mucopolysaccharide in the raw material for the candy, adding the natural antioxidant thereto, thermally mixing the ingredients, then cooling and molding the resultant mixture. |
