PURPOSE: To obtain the means and method which eliminate misentry and misregistration as much as possible, save the trouble to register persons in charge and customers, and completes registration in a short time by automating an account transfer procedure by using the cash card of a customer. CONSTITUTION: When the customer carries the cash card 1 to a financial institution and registers account transfer to a terminal device 4 of the system 3, plural reception company names are displayed on a display device 14 and when the customer selects a specific reception company, a processor 11 stores it in a storage device 15. When the customer inserts the cash card 1 into the card reader 12 of the terminal device 4, the processor 11 reads the standardized bank code, branch number, and account number out of the cash card 1. When the customer inputs the correct password code of the account, information in a reception company file and account transfer information specified with the cash card 1 are transferred to the system 3 and registered in an account master file in a storage device 35. |
