<p>PURPOSE: To shorten the collecting time of image data and improve the image quality when collecting a SPECT image on heart in particular in a two-detector type scintillation camera. CONSTITUTION: A rotary frame is provided in a plane perpendicular to the major-axis direction of a subject table 1, and the rotary frame is rotated while supporting two detectors 3a, 3b on one side face. The detectors 3a, 3b are supported on the rotary frame movably in the directions parallel with each other on a plane perpendicular to the major-axis direction of the subject table 1, movably in the approaching direction to the subject table 1 perpendicularly to the moving direction, and revolvably in the plane perpendicular to the major- axis direction at the position after the movement. Two detectors 3a, 3b can be set at any orientation angle against a subject 2 on the subject table 1, the front faces of the detectors 3a, 3b can be most approached to the subject 2, image direction arrows of the detectors 3a, 3b are directed to any direction, and the dead zone for image data collection can be eliminated.</p> |
