Like a skate board, you may put one foot on a pedal(2), holding a handle(9) with your both hands, and kick on the ground with the other foot until you have enough acceleration, then you may put the other foot on the pedal or ride, standing on one foot. As a rear wheel(1) is installed, bias on a link(4) connected with a fixed arm(3) of the pedal, so one end of the pedal makes up and down movement repeatedly and regularly by the rear wheel biased when both wheels(1a,1) are rotating. Therefore a rider comes to feel a sense of thrill as well as a sense of movement, since his body on the pedal is waving up and down while riding.
