PURPOSE: To fusion-bond a glass side upper lip and a glass side lower lip in the part in which both lips approach each other without implementing a secondary treatment. CONSTITUTION: In a wind molding 1 equipped with a glass side upper lip 7 and a glass side lower lip 8, the distance between both lips 7, 8 is changed longitudinally. The lengthy wind molding 1 immediately after the extrusion molding travels on the guide standard surface 34 of a sizing jig 33 with the lower surface of the lip 8 used as a sliding surface to lift the lip 8 slightly. The lip 8 is reformed by the lifting, and simultaneously the lips 7, 8 are fusion- bonded in a fusion part 12. |
