PURPOSE: To easily control a thickness of a plate and obtain a stable quality at a low cost by integrally molding, by RTM molding, a complex structure perform obtained by combining a box perform with a one-way reinforcing material and a texture material. CONSTITUTION: A box-like dry perform 1 is formed by layering a plurality of carbon fiber texture materials 6. Each carbon fiber texture material 6 consists of an X-direction carbon fiber thread 2, a Y-direction carbon fiber thread 3, a Z-direction carbon fiber thread 4, and an R-direction carbon fiber thread 5. The carbon fiber texture material 6 is formed in such a manner that the X-direction carbon fiber thread 2 and the Y-direction carbon fiber thread 3, which extend outwardly from a box-like jig 7, of a carbon fiber texture material 6a arranged on the box-like jig 7 are patterned in the direction of Z along the side face of the box-like jig 7 so as to make it to be the Z-direction carbon fiber thread 4 along the side face of the box-like jig 7, and the Z-direction carbon fiber thread 4 and the R-direction carbon fiber thread 5 extending in the peripheral direction are woven into a texture-like form by manual work or mechanical work. |
