PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for forwarding a stent having improved stiffness in the longitudinal direction, flexibility in the lateral direction and forwarding characteristics as the whole while keeping the original dimensional stability. SOLUTION: An expansion sleeve 10 reinforced with a coil is equipped with a ribbon wound helically between an inner laminate and an outer one, the outer laminate and the inner laminate together form a long and tubular body for slidingly receiving an intraascular catheter 20, further, a first end to be connected to a manipulating apparatus for moving relatively each of the intraascular catheter 20 and the sleeve 10 in the longitudinal direction, and a second end for inserting and pulling out the intraascular catheter 20. |
