The interface consists of a telephone interface connected to the telephone cable and a base station connected to the mains network with a wireless connection to a terminal unit. The terminal unit has a telephone interface and is connected to any mains socket. This expands it to a telephone connection unit which allows connection of any commercial cable connected telephone communications device. The base station has several interfaces with connections, enabling the same number of terminal units to be operated independently of each other. The base station and terminal unit can communicate via the mains network.
