Free ends of guide rails may be introduced through fish eyes or tongue, through thin skin of cheeks along tongue and through lower jaw of fish; guide rails also may be inserted through mouth under tongue and removed behind the tongue, may be inserted through cheeks and removed through fish mouth, or may be inserted through mouth and removed behind the tongue and through square bones of fish.
