PURPOSE: To provide a laminated film having a water-crosslinked polyolefin film layer. CONSTITUTION: This laminated film which is prepared by a method in which a laminated film is obtained by coextruding a water-crosslinking polyolefin composition and a polyolefin, and a film layer comprising the polyolefin composition is crosslinked by water. In this way, heat seal is made possible, and the product is excellent in mechanical strength, impact resistance, chemical resistance, stress cracking resistance, cold resistance, heat resistance, abrasion resistance, etc. |
