<p>PURPOSE: To improve the performance of shape-forming, water-resistance, heat- resistance and durability in the case of forming by impregnating polyester resin to a cloth made of a mixed yarn of aromatic group polyamide fibers and aromatic polyester fibers and forming the cloth by hot pressing. CONSTITUTION: Aromatic group polyamide fibers A such as polymethaphenylene isophthaamide and aromatic group polyester fibers such polyethylenetelephthalate are formed into 1 to 5 deniers. After a water solution of water-soluble polyester resin is impregnated to the cloth made of a mixed yarn obtained by mixing the fibers A, B in a weight ratio of 55 to 45-80 to 20, the cloth is dried. The cloth is put in a metallic die, and the fibers A, the mixed yarn are formed through the molten fibers B at a sufficient temperature and pressure condition into a desired shape. Thus, excellent shape forming performance is obtained in the forming, the safety in the workshop environment is high, and the water- resistance, heat-resistance and the durability are improved.</p> |
