Deflection coil and fabrication method thereof

This invention relates to a deflection coil of a saddle type and a fabrication method thereof. The method has the step of winding in layers multi-layered wire ribbons into coil-winding grooves of wire-winding frame die of a saddle shape while the multi-layered wire ribbons in which wire ribbons are piled in two or more layers are delivered out from one nozzle. The deflection coil has a coil formed into a saddle shape by layer-winding multi-layered wire ribbons that are piled in two or more layers. Layers of the multi-layers ribbon may be so marked as to be easily discriminated.
