RADAR SYSTEM WITH SIMULATION TARGET GENERATING FUNCTION

The radar system is capable of simulating the speed, the distance and the size of a simulation target through phase shift, delay and attenuation even when a simulation target signal is generated by Loop-Back Path and it comprises: the first switch(21) switching a transmission signal to a travelling wave tube amplifier(TWTA) in a normal mode and switching it to form the Loop-Back Path in a test mode; a simulator module(20) generating the simulation target signal by the phase shift, delay and level attenuation of the signal inputted from the first switch; and the second switch(23) switching the transmitting signal to a TR limiter(TRL) in the normal mode and switching it to the simulator module in the test mode.
