<p>PURPOSE: To improve strength, etc., by incorporating the first tobermorite- containing coating film on the surface of a latent hydraulic particle and the second tobermorite finer than the first tobermorite in the coating layer between the particles, joining the particles with the coating film and forming colored pores between the particles. CONSTITUTION: The latent hydraulic particles having 1-30μm average grain size and calcium hydroxide are mixed in a mixing ratio of (7:3)-(6:4) by wt. ratio, moreover, the calcium hydroxide, metallic aluminum powder, a frothing agent and 50-70wt.% water per total mixture are added, and the mixture is subjected to a high speed kneading for 5min at a rotation of 300rpm. After aging this mixture for more than 4 day at∞90% relative humidity and 60-70 deg.C, the mixture is subjected to an autoclave aging for more than 2 day at 180 deg.C to obtain a lightweight solidified matter having >=0.05μm film thickness, 50-80%, porosity, 60-10% sectional occupying ratio of the latent hydraulic particles per sum of cross-sectional area of the solidified matter except pores and good in dimentional stabilituy to water.</p> |
