FIELD: transport; passive safety devices. SUBSTANCE: adjuster has flat ring yoke with rectangular hole and movable lock installed on yoke over which adjustable portion of belt strap is passed at one side through hole in yoke and fixed insert-indicator placed in protective decorative case. According to invention, insert- indicator is made in the form of plate gasket following the shape of yoke and placed between movable lock and yoke and paired with the yoke so that flanges of its holes are arranged in holes of yoke forming in joint a closed side surface over entire perimeter. At least one longitudinal rib is made on external edge of insert directed into protective decorative case. Device has also longitudinal grooves providing required direction of ribs. EFFECT: provision of visual indication of critical loads at road accidents and reliability of operation by preventing cuts of straps and other defects. 5 cl, 6 dwg
