FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to process of separation of slightly magnetic materials by their magnetic properties. Enriched material is fed to parallel, long-length ferromagnetic bodies placed with clearance relative to each other and having common tangent plane located at angle to direction of magnetic field, in direction at acute angle to generators of these ferromagnetic bodies lying in common tangential plane. In this case enriched material is formed before approach to ferromagnetic bodies in the form of separate flows, spaces between flows being positioned opposite to ferromagnetic bodies and flows proper being arranged opposite to spaces between ferromagnetic bodies. Magnetic particles are brought into magnetic product on same side with reference to tangent plane of ferromagnetic bodies from which enriched material is fed. Nonmagnetic particles are brought into magnetic product through clearances between ferromagnetic bodies. In case of process of wet separation flow of fluid is brought into direct contact with flow of enriched material at point of feed of magnetic particles into magnetic product. Enriched product is fed into clearances over rectilinear trajectory. EFFECT: improved efficiency of enrichment process. 6 cl, 5 dwg |
