PURPOSE: To provide a method capable of connecting a fine wire of an amorphous alloy having a sectional area of a specific value or below to an electrode. CONSTITUTION: The compsn of the amorphous alloy of this fine wire of the amorphous allay is an alloy composed of transition metals, such as Fe and Co or Fe, CO or Ni, and nonmetals, such as B and Si, and the nonmetal rate thereof is 10 to 30atm.%. The fine wire of the amorphous alloy consisting of such alloy and having the sectional area of <=0.02mm<2> is connected to the titanium member by electrical heating for weld time of <=300μs.
