FIELD: methods for treatment of finely ground ore. SUBSTANCE: method for treatment of finely ground ore includes drying of finely ground ore with the help of hot drying gas passing through ore particles. Drying gas after passing through ore particles is cleaned to remove entrapped dust particles of ore, and dust particles are collected and mixed with dried finely ground ore. To avoid disturbance of the process in the further treatment of ore due to excessive content of dusty particles in ore, drying is effected in velocity layer with simultaneous screening of finely ground ore with blowing through. In so doing, drying gas is passed through finely ground ore with formation of velocity layer, and velocity of drying gas is fixed at the level at which ore dusty particles are entrapped and having sizes below preset ones. Then, dusty particles entrapped by drying gas are separated, collected and mixed with dried finely ground ore in dosed amount. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg |
