<p>PURPOSE: To reduce the burden of an operator by providing plural networks diagnozing respective states by means of fuzzy inference based on process data on safety operation, environmental maintenance and equipment maintenance. CONSTITUTION: A first diagnosis part 21 consists of the networks of the three viewpoints of safe burning, environmental maintenance and equipment maintenance and a message forming part 34 forming a message displayed on a text box 13 and an operation diagnosis/support display screen 17 from a diagnosis result obtained by the three networks. Process data is inputted to a switch 30 and whether it is inputted to a statistics calculation part 35 or a neuro classification part 36 is decided. The statistics calculation part 35 obtains the exponential of process data by a neural net where process data and the change quantity are inputted and to output it. The output body of the statistics calculation part 35 or the neuro classification part 36, which is selected by the switch 30, is inputted to a fuzzy inference part 38 through a connector 37.</p> |
