PURPOSE: To reduce circuit size and a signal processing scale for executing diffusion and synthesis, to reduce current consumption and to simplify a manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: This CDMA device is provided with plural adders/subtractors 101 to 107 and plural exclusive OR circuits 111 to 125 and each adder/subtractor executes addition (A + B : sub/add = 0) or subtraction (A- B : sub/add = 1) based upon the logical value of a control signal outputted from a control terminal sub/add. Transmitting amplitude signals amp0 to amp7 having plural-bit width are inputted to the adders/subtractors 101 to 104 in each two channels. Transmitting data d0 to d7 and diffusion code sequence signals c0 to c7 are applied to the circuits 111 to 118 to find out exclusive OR signals, which are inputted as code sequence signals s0 to s7. A code is inverted by a final adder/ subtractor 108, which outputs a diffused/synthesized signal sum diffused by the signals c0 to c7. |
