PURPOSE: To effectively prevent electrostatic trouble by adding a thermoplastic synthetic resin and conductive fibers to a finely divided and fibrilated waste paper material almost uniformly to form a molding paper material. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic synthetic resin and conductive fibers 6 are added to a finely divided and fibrilated waste paper material 3 to form a molding paper material 11. Next, heated air is sprayed on the molding paper material 11 to melt the thermoplastic synthetic resin and the thermoplastic synthetic resin is cured while the molding paper material is extruded into a cylindrical or square cylindrical shape to mold an air duct 1. Since the conductive fibers 6 are mutually entangled, the air duct 1 has conductive characteristics of a high resistance value. The air in a compartment to which the air duct 1 is attached is charged by electromagnetic waves generated from electronic machinery but, since the air is subjected to heat exchange when sucked into the compartment to pass through the air duct 1, the charge of the charged air is earthed by the conductive fibers 6 contained in the air duct 1 to be discharged. |
