PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus capable of simply mass-producing TAKO- YAKI (griddle-cooked dumplings, comprising wheat flour, bits of octopus, a green onion and a ginger) and easily performing operations by operators. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus for producing TAKO-YAKI is obtained by forming a desired number of cavities 2, 2,... for TAKO-YAKI into columns on a griddle 1, forming desired rows 2, 2,..., 3, 3,..., 4, 4,..., forming a reversing rod 9 having curved bent parts 91, 91,... corresponding to the cavities 2, 2,... for the TAKO-YAKI, placing the reversing rod 9 on the griddle 1 so as to simultaneously or separately admit the respective bent parts 91, 91,... into the respective cavities 2, 2,... for the TAKO-YAKI or the cavities 3, 3,..., 4, 4,... for the TAKO-YAKI, pouring a raw material for the TAKO-YAKI into the respective cavities 2, 2,..., 3, 3,..., 4, 4,..., heating the top surface of the griddle 1 from the lower part thereof, baking the raw material in the cavities 2, 2,..., 3, 3,... and 4, 4,... for the TAKO-YAKI, rotating the reversing rod 9 by a suitable angle when the raw material is suitably baked, successively repeating the operations, lifting the reversing rod 9 when the whole is baked and taking out the TAKO-YAKI baked to the bent parts 91, 91,.... |
