PURPOSE: To prevent a failure (such as the incapablity of the use of information or the like) generated when an information processing terminal obtains only the information from one side information transmission center and can not obtain the information from another side information transmission center. CONSTITUTION: A host computer 71 inside an information center 3 executes communication with a charging center 2 through a communication controller 77, obtains the serial number of a registered KARAOKE equipment, the telephone number of a connected public telephone line and a password for the communication, etc., from a storage device 53 inside the charging center 2 and stores a registration list prepared based on the information in the storage device 73. The host computer 71 collates the password of the KARAOKE equipment which requests access with the password inside the storage device 73, permits the access when they match and denies the access and disconnects the communication when they do not match. |
