PURPOSE: To reduce the number of part items and man-hours by sealing the liquid in a liquid chamber with an elastic body engaged with a holding cylinder so that the external peripheral sections of both ends of the elastic body in its axial direction directly contacts the holding cylinder in a liquid tank and closely fixed to the internal peripheral surface of the holding cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A main liquid chamber lid and auxiliary liquid chamber lid 17 are covered on the main liquid chamber recessed section 6 and auxiliary liquid chamber recessed section 7 respectively in a liquid tank 30, forming an intermediate body 20. This intermediate body 20 is engaged with the inside of a holding cylinder 3 to which a mounting bracket 4 is integrally attached beforehand. Then, a punching die 31 is pressed against the end section of the holding cylinder 3 from the axial direction. A caulking section comprising the diameter of the end section of the holding cylinder 3 reduced is formed by this punching die 31. This fixes ring-like end walls 5 of both ends of the elastic body 2 to both ends of the holding cylinder 3 and makes the external peripheries of the ring-like end walls 5 closely contact the internal surface of the holding cylinder, sealing the liquid in the main liquid chamber and auxiliary liquid chamber. |
