PURPOSE: To inhibit a clip part from being inserted into a pocket or the like in a service mode and make a pushing member fail in a pushing operation in an out-of-service mode to prevent contamination of clothes or the like. CONSTITUTION: An open part 2 corresponding to a free end part of a clip part 7 is provided in a barrel 1. A fastening part 15 moving in the open part 2 projectedly from an outer peripheral surface of the barrel 1 is provided in a pushing member 10. A part to be fastened 9 for inhibiting the free end part 8 from opening by engaging with the fastening part 15 when the pushing member 10 is moved from an out-of-service mode position (a position where a writing member 1 is contained in the barrel 1) to a service position (a position where the writing member 1 is exposed from the barrel 1) is provided in the free end part 8. A stopper 13 capable of being fastened to a position-restricting member 16 individually at the service mode position and the out-of-service position is provided in a part of the pushing member 10. |
