SOLUTION: The cellulose casing 1 is partially covered with a waterproof material 3 and the waterproof material 3 is printed on the cellulose casing 1 in the form of a desired logotype, text and anagram, etc., for instance. The waterproof material 3 is impermeable to a smoking agent and a colorant. Thus, the smoking agent and the colorant are infiltrated through a part not provided with the waterproof material 3 and made to reach the surface of the sausage 2, a smoked and colored part and the part not smoked or colored are formed on the surface of the sausage 2 and the printed design of the logotype or the like is obtained by the contrast of both. |
