Producing constructional mortar using components of different sizes

A constructional mortar is mfd. using at least three different components, each with a specific particle size, of which one is a binder, e.g. cement. An empty space factor is calculated from the actual vol. of the largest and one of the smaller components. The mixing of these two fractions depends on the space factor and the desired strength of the prod. All fractions are mixed together with a liq. to obtain a castable prod. with high density. Also claimed is the mortar produced using the process described above.
