Programmable delay device for analog signals and corresponding programmable acoustic antenna

The antenna includes a delay circuit which consists of an analog-digital converter (1) and a delay memory (2). A read-write device (3) accesses the memory unit. An analog input signal is applied to the converter which generates a digital signal (Un) consisting of a succession of samples. The digital signal is stored in the memory unit and can be accessed by the read-write device. The delayed signal (snr) generated by the memory unit is transmitted to a sampling circuit (4) which delivers a digital signal of lower frequency (snrs).
