FIELD: instruments. SUBSTANCE: device has brush which is mounted on trajectory of particles flow, and unit for supply of particles. Brush is designed as rotating ellipse which rotation shaft is located in its center. Rotation shaft of first brush also holds second one which is spaced from first brush by distance which equals to double height of brush needles. Additional brush provides possibility for mounting it at angle with respect to plane of stand of first brush. Brush needle height is at least ten times greater than diameter of particle to be accelerated. Distance between brush needles in radial and tangent direction is two time greater than size of particles. Lesser half axis of ellipse is at least twenty times greater than distance between brush needles. EFFECT: calibration of instruments for ecological monitoring which test effluents of solid fuel combustion.
