<p>There is provided a plant container (10) wherein there is an insert (26, 102) adapted to be placed within the container (10), the insert (26, 102) having a soil supporting member (28) spaced from the bottom of the container (10), the soil supporting member (28) having a plurality of apertures formed therein. There is at least a first liquid outlet (46) from the container (10) which is located between the bottom wall (12) and the soil supporting member (28) and also provided are gas communication means (48) to permit gaseous communication to a space intermediate the liquid outlet (46) and the soil supporting member (28).</p> |
