The circuit comprises a predistortion circuit(10) in which a first and second transistors(Q1,Q2) for supplying current are inserted in the side of each collector of input transistors(Q3,Q4). An OSC signal is inputted to the base of the input transistors(Q3,Q4) and the emitter comprises emitter resistors(R4-R6) and a current source. Resistors(R1,R2) to form RL resonance with the inductance of the first and the second transistor(Q1,Q2) as to a specific frequency are inserted between the base and the collector of the first and the second transistor(Q1,Q2).
