The watertight insulating wire is manufactured by (A) preheating the twisted wire with heating equipment(4) after adhering a watertight tape(2) on a core wire(1), (B) filling watertight material under pressure, coating it with protecting tape(7) and winding the coated wire in the first insulating process, (C) removing the protecting tape(7) from the obtained wire and sticking watertight tape(8) to the protecting tape in the second insulating process, and (D) extruding and bridging the treated wire.
