PURPOSE: To inspect a sensor while feeding a metal hoop material by integrally forming a mold holder partly fixed to the hoop material with resin via a housing and a coupled part, separating a terminal cut at a connected piece from the hoop material, then inspecting the characteristics of the sensor, and cutting the continuous part. CONSTITUTION: In the molding step, a synthetic resin body is formed integrally with a metal hoop material 1 having a terminal 3. In the case of forming, a mold holder 10 in which the part is fixed to the material 1 is integrally formed of synthetic resin via a housing 6 and a coupled part 7, and then the terminal 3 cut at a connected piece is separated from the material 1. Then, the characteristics of a sensor is inspected in the state that the housing 6 is connected and held by the holder 10 at the material 1, then the part 7 is cut to inspect the characteristics of the sensor while feeding the material 1 in the state that a work remains connected to the material 1. |
